The micro-tour itinerary is led by local experts from Xiangshan, featuring stops such as the “Xiangshan Railway Station,” the only all-cypress railway station along Taiwan’s entire rail network with an 87-year history; experiencing the 17-kilometer coastal cycling route, recognized as one of Taiwan’s top ten classic cycling paths, for a bike-powered eco-friendly lifestyle; visiting the Xiangshan Glass Community to explore a 285-year-old ancient official road and admire works that blend glass art with daily life; and learning about the nearly century-old, four-generation family-run international rice noodle experience, including the making process of Hsinchu rice noodles.

Xiangshan Glass
Yan Zhangsheng, Director of the Urban Marketing Division of Hsinchu City Government, stated that the Xiangshan Glass Community is widely renowned, home to attractions such as Chun Chi Glass Visitor Factory, “Ling Long Kiln,” and Tai Glass Workshop, representing craft that uniquely blends glass art with daily life.

Mingfa Fixed Net Fish Farm
It is the only fixed net fish farm on Taiwan’s western coast, offering the shortest distance from ocean to table — from catch to auction in one seamless process. The live bidding for fish is a unique trading model and ensures a fully integrated, fresh seafood supply chain. It attracts many visitors daily who come to snap up the freshest catch.

Xiangshan Railway Station
