Hot pot at a café? As the weather gets colder, Hi-Lai Harbor Restaurant—part of the Hi-Lai Group, which also owns Hi-Lai Food Group’s Hi-Lai Café—has created an affordable yet generous hot pot menu that follows the same principles of freshness, abundance, and flavor as the main restaurant. The broths are simmered with pork bones, fruits, and vegetables. Options include the Crab Seafood Hot Pot (360 NTD + 10%), Korean Kimchi Hot Pot (340 NTD + 10%), and Herbal Health Hot Pot (320 NTD + 10%).

The Crab Seafood Hot Pot features sweet red shrimp, fresh white shrimp, squid, and high-quality sashimi-grade fish slices. For the Korean Kimchi Hot Pot, it’s recommended to pair with either a pork or beef plate to enhance the flavor in the tangy kimchi broth. Vegetarians can opt for the Herbal Health Hot Pot, which is made with vegetables, kelp, along with Chinese dates, goji berries, and Szechuan lovage—a warming traditional Chinese herbal combination—for a naturally sweet and uniquely aromatic broth. In addition to seasonal vegetables, the main selection includes a variety of mushrooms, allowing diners to enjoy a range of mushroom and vegetable flavors.

Hi-Lai Café, under the Hi-Lai Food Group, also offers a special “All-You-Can-Eat Dessert” promotion every Saturday and Sunday. The dessert spread includes 21 varieties of colorful sweets, fruits, savory pies, fluffy baked goods, salads, biscuits, tea, and coffee—perfect for those who want to eat well without overindulging. At just 330 NTD + 10% per person, it’s a dream come true for female dessert lovers.
