The first branch of “Chaofang Hong Kong-Style Dim Sum Buffet” under Kaohsiung’s Daba Catering Group to expand northward, the Breeze Nanjing Branch, has been fully booked since its opening. Now, Chaofang Taipei Neihu InBase Branch will officially open on March 8. With a whopping 350 seats, it is the largest branch in Taiwan and twice the size of the Nanjing Branch. In addition to more seating, it also introduces many new dishes, such as spicy chili crab, freshly cooked fish slice soup, handmade satay seafood vermicelli pot, and limited-time, fixed-supply Hong Kong-style braised beef tendon.

Since reservations at the Chaofang Nanjing Branch are hard to come by, the 350-seat Neihu InBase Branch should help ease the booking pressure once it opens. In terms of menu offerings, the branch features 16 zones and over 100 dishes, ranging from salads, dim sum trolley, roasted meats, Hong Kong-style braised beef tendon trolley, cold appetizers, Peking duck, handmade cheung fun, stir-fried hot dishes, blanched vegetables, fried dim sum, soups, to Chinese desserts, traditional tofu pudding, and fruits.

Traditional Hong Kong-style dim sum trolleys are also available at the Neihu InBase Branch, featuring 14 varieties of steamed dim sum, along with three other limited-edition dim sums that rotate, with top recommendations being the flowing custard bun and crab roe siu mai.
