Sakura Field Health Vegetable Hot Pot has its main store in Ji’an Township, Hualien, while the Taipei branch is a franchise. The lotus and vegetables served in-store are delivered fresh daily from Hualien. The lotus in the Nine-Grade Lotus Hot Pot is grown using toxin-free farming methods, available year-round, pesticide-free, and entirely edible. Its base contains collagen beneficial for skin beauty.Some of the vegetables are wild, while others are organically grown at the Hualien main store. Rich in dietary fiber and vitamins, these vegetables offer a nutritious, healthy, and guilt-free dining experience when cooked in the hot pot. They also support internal detox. Notably, the owner of Sakura Field Health Vegetable Hot Pot is a deaf youth. Currently, about 80% of the staff are also deaf. The owner, drawing from personal experience, understands how difficult it is for deaf individuals to find employment. Therefore, upon being able to run this hot pot shop, the first goal was to provide stable job opportunities for the deaf community. The entire shop radiates warm care. The lotus and vegetables are also carefully cultivated by the owners. Dining here not only brings warmth but also peace of mind.
