To celebrate the opening of the Tainan store, Supreme Salmon has introduced a Tainan-exclusive delicacy — the “Salmon Sashimi Trio.” Made with fresh Norwegian salmon delivered directly from Norway and in collaboration with olive oil specialist Olivers & Co, the chef rolls the raw salmon into a rose shape. After tasting the original flavor, diners can dip it into three specially designed sauces: a Michelin three-star herb sea salt sauce, a green lemon olive oil vinaigrette, and a classic soy sauce.
