Jin Air, a low-cost carrier under Korean Air, will commence its inaugural Taipei–Seoul flight on March 24. To celebrate the launch, passengers can also enjoy additional perks such as accommodation and airport transfers with their boarding pass until September 30.

Operated in Taiwan and Korea by Phoenix Tours’ subsidiary Yongli Enterprise, Jin Air’s Taiwan–Korea route uses the B737-800 aircraft, which has 183 seats and a flight duration of approximately two and a half hours. The international route includes 15kg of free checked baggage and 12kg of carry-on baggage, with light snacks and water provided on board. Additional services such as iPad rentals and app-based in-flight entertainment are also available.

Until September 30, passengers with a Jin Air boarding pass can enjoy accommodation discounts at Hotel Tong, a Korean hotel chain. Options include a “stay 3 nights, get 1 night free” deal or a complimentary airport transfer service from Incheon Airport when staying for 3 nights.

Yongli Enterprise stated that Jin Air’s Taiwan–Korea route operates one daily flight, allowing for an early departure and return, and combined with Jin Air’s domestic routes, it offers convenient options for travelers planning a two-city trip in Korea.
