Amplicious Mitsui Store Launches Seasonal Limited Strawberry Cheese Tart — Only 300 Available Daily

Amplicious' cheese tarts offer three distinct textures at three different temperatures. Ever since it opened at Linkou Mitsui OUTLET, it has been a popular spot with long queues. In addition to the original flavor, they are now launching a new strawberry cheese tart. It combines three rich types of cream cheese with French strawberry purée and dried strawberries from Taiwan. Available exclusively at the Linkou Mitsui store, only 300 are sold per day.

The filling of Amplicious' cheese tart is made by blending three different types of cream cheese: high-grade Hokkaido Goshi milk cheese from Japan, French Elle & Vire, and Australian varieties. The chef explains that they combine the refreshing milky aroma of Hokkaido Goshi milk cheese, the smooth and richly velvety texture of French Elle & Vire, and the deep, layered flavor of Australian cream cheese to create what they consider the ultimate taste experience. When served at three different temperatures, each offers a unique flavor profile.
