Taiwan’s first pancake mix experience kitchen, Kyushu Pancake Kitchen, opens on March 26

After opening stores in Fujin Street and Songshan Cultural and Creative Park in Taiwan, Japanese Kyushu Pancake launched its first-ever composite pancake mix experience kitchen, “Kyushu Pancake Kitchen,” on March 26 in Taiwan. The location remains in Taipei’s Fujin Street. The 12-ping (approx. 39.6㎡) wooden-toned, warm-style kitchen carries on the consistent Japanese aesthetic of Kyushu Pancake. “Kyushu Pancake Kitchen” will sell brand-new limited-edition pancake mixes, such as okonomiyaki mix, muffin mix, whole wheat mix, and more. A wider variety of series offers even more diverse cooking options.

All Kyushu pancake mixes are made with carefully selected ingredients from Japan’s Kyushu region. In addition to the existing four flavors—seven-grain original pancake mix, classic milk pancake mix, fresh vegetable pancake mix, and sweet potato pancake mix—Kyushu Pancake Kitchen also offers a limited-edition whole wheat pancake mix, along with new product lines. These include low-GI barley flour that helps stabilize blood sugar and support weight management, plus five types of Kyushu wheat flours: Kyushu wheat weak flour, Kyushu wheat medium flour, Kyushu wheat strong flour, Kyushu wheat okonomiyaki mix, and Kyushu wheat muffin mix. Kyushu Pancake emphasizes that all pancake mixes are free from aluminum-containing leavening agents, ensuring safe and worry-free consumption.
