Just a transparent wall away! Paris Aquarium offers suites to sleep alongside sharks

Want an experience like this? Spending the night in the water, with sharks swimming all around you. A French aquarium has launched a unique sleep-with-sharks experience, allowing guests to be surrounded by sharks—with only a thin transparent wall separating them.

According to Lonely Planet, the owner of the suite, Fred Buyle, is himself a diver, photographer, and shark enthusiast. The shark suite itself reflects his passion for marine life, and through such visits and experiences, he hopes to raise guests' awareness about ocean conservation.

Hosted by the aquarium, the event will have just three spots available. In addition to spending the night, participants will also receive a meal. Travelers interested in joining must have an Airbnb account and submit their location along with why they want to spend a night with sharks. Applications must be submitted before April 3 for a chance to enjoy this extraordinary experience.
