Eating generous portions of fresh and delicious sashimi in Japan can be pricey, but an all-you-can-eat service now offered at an izakaya in Asakusabashi, Tokyo might be perfect for sashimi lovers. For just ¥1,100 (around NT$330), you can enjoy all-you-can-eat sashimi for 50 minutes, along with unlimited rice and miso soup—great value for those with big appetites.

The well-known Asakusabashi izakaya “Taiko Chaya” has recently started offering a lunchtime-only “Seafood All-You-Can-Eat” special. Between 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM daily, diners can enjoy all-you-can-eat sashimi seafood within a limited 50-minute time slot. The shop says the sashimi mainly features tuna, along with other seafood such as octopus, shrimp, and fish roe. Unlimited rice, salad, fruit, and miso soup are also provided. No matter how much you eat, it’s only ¥1,100 per person—an absolute must-try for seafood and sashimi enthusiasts.
