Next to the Minzu Overpass in Sanmin District, Kaohsiung, there is a street food stall“ㄔ下面”, which offers four creative flavors of stir-fried instant noodles: original, satay, spicy green, and Thai style. They also sell drinks such as black tea and fresh milk tea. Open only from 4:30 PM, ㄔ下面 caters specifically to night owls. Just opened in mid-October, ㄔ下面 is a stir-fried instant noodle specialty store. The generous portions come topped with adorable semi-soft heart-shaped eggs, andcurrently, customers who purchase any flavor of stir-fried noodles receive a free banana. The creative shop name and marketing approach are truly memorable, even a bit embarrassing, prompting netizens who’ve visited to describe it as @orson_fanhaving a “heartwarming, contradictory, indescribable charm.”

Although ㄔ下面 only opens in the evening, they secretly announced on their Facebook fan page that they also offer delivery service at noon. So no matter the time, you can satisfy those cravings and enjoy these creatively flavored little snacks.
