Danny's WhatsNabe, known as the "Steak God" Deng Youkui’s hot pot eatery, has been in operation for nearly a year and has recently begun targeting the nearby office worker market. Drawing inspiration from Japanese cuisine, it has introduced limited-time individual seafood lunch bento sets, including teriyaki black pomfret jaw, tempura shrimp, ribeye fillet steak "Steki," and crab meat with salmon roe "N<".<,售价580元到750元。套餐内容包括开胃前菜、渍物、鲜蔬沙拉、主餐、味噌汤及水果。
Since the head chef of Danny's WhatsNabe, Su Yukai, previously worked for many years at the Japanese restaurant Mitsui, the lunch sets take inspiration from traditional Japanese bento offerings, such as tempura shrimp and crab meat with salmon roe "N<".<都很日本味,而酱烧青?鱼下巴则是用日式酱烧处理,口感有别一般烧烤与油炸。至于而邓有癸最招牌的美国牛肉也在这次菜单中(肋眼菲力牛ステキ)。

▲ Teriyaki black pomfret jaw (NT$580): The tender and smooth black pomfret jaw is refreshing and not greasy.

▲ Tempura shrimp (NT$680): Fresh tempura shrimp served with seasonal local root vegetables.
Meanwhile, the hot pot main courses at Danny's WhatsNabe feature premium U.S. ribeye fillet, U.S. top ribeye, and Australian full-blood wagyu ribeye — all steak-grade quality. Unlike most of Deng Youkui’s previous restaurants, the beef here is not aged but served as fresh as possible. Head chef Su Yukai explains that thinly sliced beef only needs to be blanched for three seconds, and when it turns a slight pink, it is at its most tender and delicious. In addition to seasoning with sea salt, diners can also dip the beef in the house sesame sauce, which tastes equally great.

▲ Ribeye fillet steak "Steki" (NT$750): Tender yet chewy ribeye fillet is quickly seared on an iron plate to lock in juices, then baked in the oven for 3–5 minutes and served with garlic slices.
