"Half-Portion Ippudo" Opens in Shinjuku – All Dishes Served in Half Portions!

The renowned Japanese ramen brand Ippudo has recently launched a new concept store, "Half-Portion Ippudo," in Tokyo's Shinjuku district. All dishes, including noodles and sugar content, are served in half portions, making it easier for customers with smaller appetites or those seeking healthier options to enjoy ramen.

The new concept store "Half-Portion Ippudo" serves all dishes, noodles, and even sugar content in half portions. In addition to familiar menu items for Taiwanese travelers such as Shirohan Men (White Original) and Akahan Men (Red Original), there are also four new ramen flavors including coriander dan dan noodles and chicken-pork soba, as well as a healthy option, Shirohan Tonkotsu Century Tofu – all must-try new items at Half-Portion Ippudo.
