1.Keelung Islet
The small island of Keelung Islet, located off the coast of Keelung, was closed in 2014 after being hit by a typhoon that severely damaged its pier. This year in February, winter sea waves further hindered the repair work. After overcoming numerous challenges and undergoing reconstruction, this hidden gem of an island, which had been closed for three years, will reopen for visits.

Keelung Islet is a small island formed by an undersea volcanic eruption. It is essentially solidified magma that met seawater, creating "igneous rock." Constant erosion by sea waves and wind has shaped its distinctive cliff coastlines. The island is surrounded by steep cliffs with almost no flat land, along with numerous sea caves and rock formations, earning it the reputation as a volcanic geological park.

Departure times: 10:30, 13:30, and 15:30 on holidays; boats depart when at least 20 passengers are present. Weekdays accept group reservations of 20 or more.

2.Dadan Island
Dadan Island in Lieyu Township, Kinmen, was previously a wartime secret zone. Starting March 1st of this year, it has officially opened to tourism, with a daily visitor limit of 150 people. Aside from mainland Chinese and Hong Kong/Macau visitors, anyone who registers in advance can step onto what was once the front line of the front lines.

The island features many motivational slogans and legendary tales. Following trial operations after renovation in 2018, the island is accessible only on foot accompanied by electric shuttle vehicles, offering views of untouched nature and stunning coastlines.
