City skies are often blocked by high-rises, which can easily make people feel gloomy. Originating from the small town of Agueda in Portugal, the "Umbrella Sky" art installation (Umbrella Sky Project) brings color to urban skies with colorful sun umbrellas, brightening people’s moods.

Recently, the "Umbrella Sky" came to Le Village Royal, a nearby alley close to the Louvre in Paris known for its high-end boutiques. 800 open sun umbrellas are suspended above this alley, which still retains the charm of a rural street. When sunlight filters through, the street instantly becomes vibrant with color.

The "Umbrella Sky" art installation has been exhibited in 25 locations worldwide. In addition to bringing color and joy to local residents, it also aims to promote the area and its surroundings. The current installation at Le Village Royal will be on display until the end of April.
