The Japanese restaurant and bar Zuma, located in Hong Kong's Central Landmark, has been selected for the second time as one of the "Asia's 20 Best Restaurants" by the authoritative dining guide Miele Guide. The latest 2010/2011 edition of the Miele Guide dining guide (www.mieleguide.com) ranked Zuma seventh among Asia’s 20 Best Restaurants and second among the five Hong Kong restaurants on the list, with the commentary stating, “Another excellent restaurant at Hong Kong’s Landmark Central.”
Hong Kong’s Zuma restaurant has been ranked 7th among Asia’s 20 Best Restaurants.
Zuma is one of the five Hong Kong representatives shortlisted for this year’s Asia’s 20 Best Restaurants. The ranking is based on votes from thousands of independent contributors, with over 100,000 nominations covering restaurants across 18 countries in the region. A panel of renowned food critics and gastronomy columnists further narrowed down the choices from 914 candidate restaurants to the final top 20.
The Zuma restaurant features a strong Japanese style.
