The premium Western patisserie Elite Concept Yi Li Manor, known for its "upscale baking" concept, has grown rapidly within a year. It has opened four outlets in the Grand Formosa Regent lobby, Bellavita, and the 2F and 6F of Taipei 101 Mall, and remains optimistic about domestic consumer power. A sub-brand, "elite deli," has been launched, emphasizing youthful creativity and offering more affordable prices. This year, at least five new outlets will be established across Taiwan.

The storefront of elite deli is quite adorable.

During its opening period, elite deli held a charity sale event and invited the pop group Lollipop F to serve as charity ambassadors.
The first outlet is located at Lihpao Group’s iconic destination — Lihpao Land theme park. This 35-ping boutique patisserie is situated near the "Soaring Over the Horizon" ride in the Wild West area, breaking the stereotype that Taiwanese amusement parks only offer fast food. Its pink exterior also appeals to young people. Prices for individual items range between NT$35 and NT$150, allowing visitors to enjoy sweet treats easily for just a few coins. Lihpao Land also expects elite deli to generate NT$20 million in revenue for the park.

Guanxi Black Tea Almond Croissant – NT$38 each.

Orange Kumquat Cupcake – NT$48 each.

The head chef of elite deli is also the gold-medal pastry chef of Elite Concept, Chen Qinghai. However, the desserts at elite deli are specially crafted by incorporating local ingredients to create unique and original flavors. Examples include black tea from the Guanxi region where Lihpao Land is located, kumquats, dried persimmons, and grass jelly, which are used to make Guanxi Black Tea Cheese Cake Bread, Grass Jelly Milk Tea, and Morning Sun Orange Kumquat Cupcakes. Future outlets will also integrate local ingredients to create different products. Until February 28th, Shin Kong Bank cardholders can enjoy a "buy one get one free" deal on Lihpao Land tickets and a 50% discount on purchases at elite deli. Additionally, single purchases over NT$300 qualify for a "buy one get one free" drink offer, while purchases over NT$500 enter participants into a lucky draw with prizes such as Lihpao Land tickets, Lihpao Kuanhsi Resort accommodation vouchers, and Elite Concept’s Golden Cake.

elite deli champions a brand spirit of youthfulness, vibrancy, and energy.
