The Taipei International Travel Fair opened today (the 11th). This year, Tourism Malaysia has introduced many appealing offers to attract visitors. A daily “1 RMB starting bid” campaign is running for 3-day-2-night local package tours, with accommodations including... (Day Pass at Malaysia’s Resorts World Sentosa, valid for two people, market price around 12,880 RMB). During the fair, the first 100 customers who purchase any tour package will receive a 2,000 RMB product voucher, which can be used on-site immediately. There is also a lucky draw for flight vouchers — every day, two lucky winners who purchase any travel package will each receive a 5,000 RMB Malaysia Airlines flight voucher.

In addition, various travel agencies are offering discounts for the second person when signing up on-site. Lianxiang Travel’s “Fun Bangka Island 5-Day Tour” and Southeast Travel’s “Malaysia Holiday – Golden Palm Resort 5-Day Tour” both provide a 5,000 RMB discount for the second registrant on-site. DoubleTree Travel and Taiyuan Travel, featuring the popular “Starlight Firefly River Cruise” in Kuala Lumpur and Malacca, as well as “Blue Sabah” – an exceptional 5-day tour, offer a 4,000 RMB discount for the second person registering on-site. Canxing Travel is also offering its “Golden Palm Tree Resort + Sea & Land Fun 5-Day Tour,” originally priced from 24,900 RMB, with a 2,000 RMB discount for the second participant.

For stage events, three popular female college students from a well-known variety show — Momo, Li Wen, and Lolita — will serve as hosts at the pavilion on November 12 and 13, interacting and playing games with visitors. Additionally, the Kuala Lumpur Traditional and Cultural Arts Dance Troupe will present performances including Zapin dance, which blends Arabic and Malay cultures, and Joget, Malaysia’s most popular social dance, allowing visitors to experience Malaysia’s rich cultural diversity.
