From late February to April each year, hollyhocks are in full bloom. In Tainan, there’s an absolutely gorgeous hollyhock sea where the flowers grow taller than people. Stepping into the hollyhock field feels like entering a floral maze – it’s truly spectacular. With vibrant blossoms and lush green foliage, it’s the perfect place for dreamy spring flower photoshoots.

The Guanghua Community in Xuejia, Tainan, is a popular spot for admiring the hollyhock sea. In addition to approximately 5 hectares of hollyhock fields, the area also features around 20 hectares of wheat fields, rapeseed flowers, and mesona flowers, among other floral landscapes.
Hollyhocks, known for their bright colors and also called “One-Zhang Red,” can grow up to 1 to 2 meters tall, with flowers predominantly in pink hues.
