Although primarily focused on the wedding banquet market, Crystal Banquet Hall has recently started catering to the needs of small families and various group dining occasions. The newly launched "Six-Person Clay Pot Chicken Soup Meal" can be enjoyed by groups of 6 to 8 people. The set includes one premium clay pot chicken soup and a selection of five out of 17 signature dishes. Originally priced at 4,950 NTD, it is now offered at a special price of 3,600 NTD (including a 10% service charge), which is a 27% discount—equivalent to about 450 to 600 NTD per person for a complete dining experience.

The clay pot chicken soup is made by simmering Jinhua ham and an old hen for 12 hours to extract a rich broth, then continuing to cook it over an open flame on a clay pot stove for another 2 hours the next day. Snow trotter and premium free-range chicken are then added and steamed together in the clay pot for 2 hours. Before serving, it is further simmered on an open flame, resulting in a total cooking time of over 16 hours.
