Starting now, passengers with disabilities traveling on Mandarin Airlines domestic flights and using the Cross-Strait Quick e-Pass electronic vouchers can complete seat reservations and ticket issuance through the online booking systems of travel agencies across the province, saving considerable time and steps. In addition, Mandarin Airlines will also add the Love Ticket / Love Companion Ticket ordering service to the 7-Eleven ibon and FamilyMart Famiport ticketing platforms by the end of June, making this feature available across all purchasing channels.

The new B2B online Love Ticket ordering function introduced by Mandarin Airlines was mainly developed in consideration of the fact that passengers with disabilities previously had to purchase Love Tickets / Love Companion Tickets themselves via the airline’s B2C website or directly at the airline counter, and could not have them purchased by a travel agency. With the launch of this B2B online Love Ticket ordering system, it will be a great benefit for residents in outlying islands and those who have difficulty accessing the internet to book Love Tickets / Love Companion Tickets on Mandarin Airlines. In addition, passengers who have already reserved seats for Love Tickets / Love Companion Tickets can also ask their travel agency to issue the tickets on their behalf, eliminating the need to call the customer service center to report the ticket number.
