Passengers can purchase up to four tickets for the same itinerary and cabin class in one go. With just a few simple steps, enter basic ticketing information including travel origin and destination, number of passengers, one-way or round-trip, travel dates, cabin class, flight number, select a suitable fare, input passenger details, make an online payment, and upon confirming the payment information, the booking is complete.

Passengers traveling on international flights operated by the China Airlines Group can check in and select seats via the China Airlines App within 3 to 24 hours before departure. At airports such as Taoyuan, Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Osaka, Vancouver, Tokyo Narita, and Haneda, they can directly download and use the e-boarding pass. Alternatively, passengers may download the barcode and print their boarding pass at self-service kiosks at the airport. The China Airlines App is now available on iOS, Android, and Windows Phone platforms, offering information such as "Timetables," "Flight Status," "Itinerary Management," "Member Services," "Promotional Offers," and the "Travel Channel." Passengers can enjoy a full range of mobile business services.
