From 5:50 AM to 10:00 AM on July 15, both directions of Yangjin Highway will be under traffic control. The stretch from Zhongshan Building on Yangmingshan to Xiaoyoukeng Recreation Area will be fully closed to provide the race route. The section from Xiaoyoukeng Recreation Area to Zhongshan Building on Yangmingshan (northbound to southbound) will be conditionally open to vehicles depending on the status of race participants.
Vehicles traveling from New Taipei City’s Jinshan District toward Taipei via Yangjin Highway may use the alternative Zhonghu War Preparedness Road, passing through Lengshuikeng Recreation Area and Jing Shan 101 Lane, then connecting to Jing Shan Road toward Chinese Culture University (Shanzihou). At the intersection of Jing Shan Road and Gezhi Road (McDonald’s fast food restaurant), turn left downhill toward Taipei via Yangde Avenue.
During the traffic control period, residents of Zhuzihu can use the northbound open lane of Yangjin Highway to descend to Taipei. For return trips during traffic control hours, they may detour via Shanzihou’s Jing Shan Road or Xinyuan Street to Lengshuikeng, then follow the Zhonghu War Preparedness Road to the junction with Yangjin Highway, turning left to pass through Xiaoyoukeng back to the Zhuzihu community.
For bus entries and exits, buses operating on Yangde Avenue will make an early left turn at the intersection of Yangming Road and Zhongheng Street Lane (Yangming Road Section 1, Lane 43), then reroute via the Yangtou Highway (Shamao Road) intersection and turn right to enter. Exiting buses will follow their original routes downhill. Additionally, the recreational buses on Routes 109, 111, and 681 will not be able to follow their original routes to the Yangmingshan Second Parking Lot Transfer Station. These buses will turn left at the intersection of Yangming Road and Zhongheng Street Lane (Yangming Road Section 1, Lane 43), proceed along Yangtou Highway (Shamao Road) and Shengli Street to connect with Hushan Road, then follow their original routes downhill. Diversion notices will be posted at the Second Parking Lot Transfer Station and other bus stops, advising passengers to use the Yangmingshan bus stops instead.
Buses on Route 108, as well as small buses 8 and 9, will operate in the opposite direction of their usual routes. Route 108 will depart from the Yangmingshan Bus Terminal, proceed via Xinyuan Street to Lengshuikeng, then along the Zhonghu War Preparedness Road to the Yangjin Highway intersection, where it will turn left, pass through Xiaoyoukeng to the Zhuzihu community, and then return to the Yangmingshan Bus Terminal via the southbound Yangjin Highway. Small buses 8 and 9 will return to the Yangmingshan Bus Stop via the southbound Yangjin Highway, then turn right onto Hushan Road to continue their original routes downhill, with temporary bus stops set up at the Hushan Road pedestrian-vehicle separation point for waiting passengers.
Royal Bus (Taipei–Jinshan Line 1717) will be unable to follow its original route on Yangjin Highway back to its departure station in Jinshan District, New Taipei City, due to traffic control. Alternative routes or adjusted departure times will be arranged.
