The training includes etiquette classes, product knowledge, and simulated customer service scenarios, all essential elements not commonly known to the public. Flight attendants themselves become instructors in these courses, showcasing the high standards of the training program. Different modules cover topics such as tea, wine, and serving simulated passengers, which are not just fun additions but core parts of the curriculum.

The Novotel Hotel in the China Airlines Park features Taiwan’s only airport-view guest rooms. The Premier Lounge is a VIP-only space in the hotel, offering stunning views through floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook planes taking off and landing. It has recently become a filming location for idol dramas such as "In Time with You" and the movie version of "The Fierce Wife."
