Tourism Center / Comprehensive Report
Hsin Yeh International Dining Group, renowned for its Taiwanese cuisine, has been actively expanding its youthful sub-brand “Hsin Yeh Gathering” in recent years. Following openings at Zhonghe Global Mall and Linkou Mitsui Outlet, the brand officially debuted in mid-May as “Dacheng Hsin Yeh” at Qingdao’s Rio Carnival Outlets.
Hsin Yeh Gathering in Qingdao features a lineup of star dishes, such as the preserved radish omelet, Ah Nan’s Stir-fried Pork Liver, Three-Cup Chicken Thighs, Braised Pork and Dried Scallop Zongzi, and more. The menu is particularly tailored to the taste preferences of locals, using ingredients familiar to both northerners and southerners, and incorporating cooking methods rooted in Taiwanese culinary tradition. This results in a unique fusion of regional flavors.
As for what local diners enjoy most in Taiwanese cuisine? Since its opening, the top three best-selling dishes have been the preserved radish omelet, Three-Cup Chicken Thighs, and Ah Nan’s Stir-fried Pork Liver.
