Unstoppable picnic spirit against wind and rain—HowToTrip's Big Friends Picnic Day kicks off in grand style at Huashan!

HowToTrip, Eastern News Network X Rody held the "Big Friends Picnic Day" today at Huashan Central Park of Arts and Culture. The event started promptly at 11:00 am. Even with the overcast sky and light drizzle, picnic lovers were undeterred. Lush green lawns, colorful Rody balloons, and thoughtfully laid-out picnic mats adorned the venue in a delightful display. A series of exciting activities are expected to continue until 5:00 pm. Quickly gather your best friends and bring along your adorable dog for a picnic together!

The event began at 11:00 am. The light rain didn’t dampen anyone’s picnic spirit, as umbrellas and tents came out in full force. Attendee Eric mentioned that this was his second time joining the picnic event. He and his friends quickly got together and headed out, picking up food from shops before coming to picnic. He felt the rain was quite light and said he had to come to listen to the live performance by the young boy band. Around 12:00 noon, the sky began to clear slightly, the rain stopped, and more and more people arrived at the venue, creating a lively atmosphere.

In addition to picnicking and chatting with friends, there are now numerous vendors offering everything to eat, drink, and enjoy. Even if you didn’t have time to prepare picnic food, you can simply buy it all on-site. The booths also offer free samples and tastings. The stage performances were also spectacular, with singers taking turns to perform multiple songs, including the young boy band, ASA, Wu Wenfang, Flower Century Band, Jia Jia, Li Jia Wei, and Shen Yulin.
