Tainan’s another tourism micro-movie, "Happiness Office," has officially begun filming. The film follows Ayako, who comes to Taiwan with her grandmother’s dream and, armed with a photo of a “divine hand,” sets out to find her grandmother’s first love, “Tangazawa,” a Japanese chef. Ayako finds the “Happiness Office,” a place that specializes in fulfilling dreams, and asks for help from Aling, Big Fatty, and Wali. Though the three office members seem comical, they face repeated setbacks before finally finding the answer in a Japanese restaurant.

Director Chen Wenbin of "Happiness Office" stated that the creative theme of the micro-movie revolves around three aspects: “land,” “people,” and “history.” It aims to showcase the warm and caring attitudes of mutual assistance among the people of Tainan, highlighting their simple and genuine qualities. The film uses tourist attractions as the backdrop for the visual narrative, allowing the kindness and beauty of Tainan’s people and landscapes to complement and enhance each other. The movie stars Zhu Leian (playing Lin Huizi / Mihoko Ayako), Izumi Naoki (playing Tangazawa Saburo / Tangazawa Akira), Liao Lilin (playing Aling), as well as members of Yu Beng Xing Ye — Devil and Xia Dafang (playing Wali and Big Fatty, respectively). To recreate scenes that blend past and present, the filming will take place on location at sites such as the Butokuden, Old House Little Terrace, Zhenfa Tea House, Jiayi Western Inn, Wu Wanchun Incense Shop, Linquin Secondhand Bookstore, Yijuu Izakaya, and Little Ark Izakaya.

Those interested in traveling to Tainan can explore the Michelin three-star experience promoted by the Tainan City Government in the city area — the “Tainan Historical Stroll” and “Anping Old Street Tour” routes, which offer free guided tours with fixed weekend departure times. Additionally, visitors can choose to ride Taiwan Tourist Shuttle buses route 88 (Anping Line) and 99 (Taijiang Line), both of which pass by many major attractions in Tainan. Aside from single-ride tickets, there are also one-day Lite Passes and three-day Roam Passes available for purchase, making them great options for exploring Tainan.
