At the start of each year, train pass prices in Europe are adjusted, and the 2013 fares have been gradually released, with increases ranging from about 3% to 11% for various types of passes. The biggest increase is seen in the Eastern Triangle Train Pass, which allows easy travel between cities such as Vienna, Budapest, and Prague or Vienna, Salzburg, and Prague, making it one of the increasingly popular options in recent years. In addition, the German and Swiss Train Passes, beloved by travelers from our country, as well as the highly favored Europe 23-Country Train Pass (with Turkey being newly added in 2013), and the Choose 3, 4, or 5 Countries in Europe Train Pass, have all seen approximately a 3% price hike.

Since most European train passes are valid for up to six months after the date of issue, FlyDaa Travel recommends that travelers planning to depart for Europe in the first half of next year should consider booking their passes by the end of December this year. This way, they can use the 2012 pricing to travel by train in 2013. Additionally, before Dec 28, there is a 20% promotional discount on both the Europe 23-Country Train Pass and the Choose 3, 4, or 5 Countries in Europe Train Pass. However, this offer requires that the passes be used in full by the end of March next year. Travelers planning to go to Europe during winter vacation or the Lunar New Year can save a significant amount on travel expenses by taking advantage of this discount.
