The renowned private resort island Hayman, situated in Australia's Great Barrier Reef, will host free weddings for couples who get engaged here in February 2013. Couples who pledge their lives to each other here will be invited back to this paradise to hold their wedding ceremony. Hayman will arrange an officiant, a charming ceremony venue, decorations, and professional wedding planners to take care of everything. This year, internationally acclaimed fashion designer Vera Wang will offer a gift voucher worth AUD 1,000 (approximately TWD 30,880) for brides-to-be to shop for their wedding dresses at her flagship store at Sydney’s InterContinental Hotel, including fitting services.

Born and raised in New York, Vera Wang has consistently been at the forefront of the fashion industry. After opening her flagship bridal boutique at New York City’s Carlyle Hotel in 1990, she quickly transformed the bridal wear landscape. To celebrate the love-filled month of February, Hayman is now offering the “Romantic Escape” vacation package, starting from AUD 1,455 (approximately TWD 45,000) per person. The package includes three nights’ accommodation, a romantic three-course dinner for two, daily gourmet buffet breakfasts at the Coral Sea-viewing Azure Restaurant, a one-hour couples' spa treatment at the Hayman Spa, as well as activities like kayaking, windsurfing, and sailing on a catamaran.

On Valentine’s Day (February 14), Hayman’s fine-dining restaurant Fontaine will create a unique and unforgettable evening, featuring a seven-course gourmet dinner crafted by a renowned chef, with each dish paired with carefully selected fine wines from the resort’s sommelier’s cellar.
