The Yellow Duck, which draws crowds wherever it appears, is confirmed to visit Keelung Harbor in December. The Keelung City Council has signed a memorandum of understanding with Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman, and the Yellow Duck is soon to arrive in Keelung Harbor. The exhibition is expected to last from mid-December to January next year, totaling six weeks, and will even coincide with New Year’s Eve. This Yellow Duck visiting Keelung was created under the authorization of “Duck Dad” Hofman, standing 18 meters tall—much larger than the 10-meter duck that will be visiting Beijing in September. Even more exciting for duck fans is the news that after the exhibition ends, the duck will be given to the people of Keelung. So in the future, you won’t need to travel far to see this adorable duck—just head to Keelung!
