The Yellow Duck in Taoyuan has been inflated and is ready for its official unveiling as part of the Taoyuan Land Art Festival, which begins tomorrow (the 26th). Over the 16-day period from October 26 to November 10, traffic control will be in place around the event area. The public is encouraged to use free shuttle buses and other forms of public transport.

I. Traffic Control: Schedule and Scope:
From October 26 to November 10, between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM (extended to 9:00 PM on holidays), traffic control will be enforced in the Houxihu area from County Road 114 (Zhongshan Road / Chenggong Intersection) heading toward Houxihu. Sections around Taoyuan Hospital including Xinfu 1st and 2nd Roads, Daren Street, Dazhi Street, and Dayong Street on the east side of Xinwu Pond will also be under control.
II. Shuttle Buses:
Free shuttle bus services will operate from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (until 7:30 PM on November 10). The routes are as follows:
1. Blue Line – Starts from Taoyuan HSR Station. Board at Exit 5, Platform 9 of Taoyuan HSR Station. The route travels along County Highway 31 to Guoling No. 58 Pond, then via County Road 114 to Xinwu Pond before returning to the HSR station. On holidays, buses run every 5–10 minutes; on weekdays, every 10–20 minutes.
2. Red Line – Departs from the parking lot under County Highway 31 Bridge, goes through Qingtian Road to Guoling No. 58 Pond, then via County Road 114 to Xinwu Pond, and returns the same way to the County Highway 31 Bridge parking lot. On holidays, buses run every 5–10 minutes; on weekdays, every 10–20 minutes. This route provides low-floor buses for passengers with disabilities.
3. Yellow Line – Starts from Xinwu Pond, travels via Sanmin Road to Houxihu, then returns to Xinwu Pond. On holidays, buses run every 3–5 minutes; on weekdays, every 5–10 minutes.
4. Green Line – Runs from Yong’an Fishing Port along County Road 114 to Houxihu, then returns to Yong’an Fishing Port. On holidays, buses run every 15–20 minutes; on weekdays, every 30 minutes.
III. Special Dedicated Bus Routes
Orange Line LPGA Shuttle – From October 26–27, departs from Yangmei Golf Course via County Road 115 to Xinwu Pond, every 30 minutes. Outside LPGA events, you can take Xinzheng Bus routes 5649 or 5654.
IV. Existing Public Bus Routes:
Zhongli Railway Station (board at the Taoyuan Bus Zhongli Terminal, located 300 meters to the left of the front station exit):
You can take Bus 5035 (Zhongli–Xinwu), 5027 (Zhongli–Houxihu), 5030 (Zhongli–Xiabei Lake), 5031 (Zhongli–Fuxing Temple), or 5039 (Zhongli–Yongan Guanyin).

- Xinwu Pond (Dian Dian Area): The bus stop is named Taoyuan Bus Xinwu Terminal, with a fare of NT$45.
- Houxihu Pond (Duck Area): The bus stop is named Quanmei Company, with a fare of NT$53.
- Guoling No. 58 Pond (Lotus Area): The bus stop is named Beishi Station, with a fare of NT$36.

V. Zhongyang Railway Station:
- 5654 (Zhongli–Xinwu, via Yangmei): The bus stop is named Xinwu Station, with a fare of NT$26.
- 5650 (Xinwu–Yangmei): The bus stop is named Xinwu Station, with a fare of NT$26.
VI. Driving Yourself:
Southbound Direction:
1. From County Highway 61, turn onto County Road 114 to access the P2 roadside parking area.
2. From National Freeway 1, transfer to National Freeway 2 and exit at Dazhu Interchange, then connect to County Highway 31 to reach the P1 underpass parking area.
Northbound direction:
1. Enter the P2 roadside parking area via Provincial Highway 61 and County Road 114.
2. Exit at the Youshi Interchange on National Freeway 1, then turn right onto Youth Road, left onto Youyi Road, and then onto Gaoshang Road to reach the P1 high-speed rail underpass parking area.
7. Parking Plan:
This event has designated car parking spaces at four locations: P1 under Taiwan Route 31 (2,500 spaces), P2 along County Road 114 west of Dongfu Road toward Yong’an Fishing Port (2,000 spaces), P3 near Qixiang Company beside Puting Elementary School (200 spaces), and P4 along Chenggong Road for motorcycles (1,000 spaces).
