After being absent from the Taoyuan Land Art Festival for several days, Rubber Duck has returned to Botang Pond！ Today, with the wind stabilizing and gusts weakening, the weather is suitable for inflating and launching the duck. The organizers completed testing this morning, and Rubber Duck has now returned to the pond in Xinyi Township to play in the water, and will be open for public viewing starting this afternoon. With stable weather conditions, Rubber Duck will be on display at the Taoyuan Land Art Festival until this Sunday, before making its next appearance at Keelung Harbor on December 21.
