The "2013 Tainan Winter Hot Air Balloon Carnival" held earlier this year at Tainan's Zouma Lai Farm received widespread acclaim. From January 15 to February 16, 2014, the Tainan City Farmers' Association and hot air balloon aviation team—Zhongxing Airlines will jointly host the "2014 Tainan Winter Hot Air Balloon Fire Dance Art Festival." The event will last for 33 days, and this year will feature the introduction of large hot air balloons capable of carrying 5–6 people, adding even more visual appeal to the balloon rides. The farm has already opened the first phase of accommodation guest ride reservations, with 200 daily morning ride slots available for booked guests. The second phase of online reservations is also expected to open at midnight on December 20.

In addition to tethered hot air balloon rides and remote-controlled hot air balloon operation experiences, this year’s event will also premiere fire dance performances imported from the United States. These will combine music, lighting, and flames to create a breathtaking spectacle on the green fields of Zouma Lai Farm. Additionally, popular attractions such as a 10-meter-tall yellow rubber duck and panda balloon will be displayed. The yellow duck will appear in a “landed and hatching eggs” pose, while the pandas will be shown in both adult and baby forms, allowing visitors to take fun photos with the adorable panda figures and the yellow duck, creating unforgettable holiday memories. The most beautiful night event, the Hot Air Balloon Light Show Concert, will also illuminate the weekends on January 18, 25, and February 1, 8, 15. Other surrounding activities include a hot air balloon winter camp, remote-controlled aircraft performances, a hot air balloon museum, a hot air balloon cultural and creative exhibition hall, and an agricultural produce food zone.

The farm offers rich ecological resources and recreational facilities, including accommodations, dining, leisure activities, camping areas, eco-tours, as well as exciting foreign performance shows—the "Kazakh Horse Stunt Show" and the "Russian Magic Aerial Variety Show." During the Chinese New Year period, the farm will also debut flower fields and floral exhibitions, allowing visitors to fully enjoy the natural ambiance.
