This winter, Tsukiji Sushiman is launching its first spicy noodle dish in Taiwan — “Spicy Miso Tantanmen.” The spicy miso is specially made from seven types of vegetables including shiitake mushrooms, sesame, and leeks, along with seven types of fruits such as strawberries, figs, and blueberries, combining a spicy kick with the natural sweetness of produce. The broth is simmered using seven varieties of seafood, including kelp, bonito, mackerel, sardines, Pacific saury, scallops, and white croaker.
Additionally, the new winter menu features Yuzu Pepper Watercress Udon and Yuzu Pepper-marinated Tuna Nigiri, both incorporating the distinct Japanese flavor of yuzu pepper. Yuzu Pepper Watercress Udon is an exclusive item available only in Taiwan, offered at a special promotional price of NT$90 (original price NT$130) from November 21 to December 31. The upgraded Matsutake Chawanmushi will also be available at its regular price of NT$60 during the same period, from November 21 to December 31.
