Originating from the WestThe word “Brunch,” a blend of “Breakfast” and “Lunch,” is said to have originated from the tradition of gathering for a meal after Sunday church services — a time that falls between breakfast and lunch.

To create a joyful brunch experience, The Regent Taipei’s “Le Bar” offers eight colorful cocktails crafted with premium spirits, available for unlimited enjoyment during your relaxing weekend brunch. Among them, four are named after the seasons—Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter—to explore the flavors of the year and deliver an extraordinary morning feast. The “Spring Peach,” bursting with apple and peach aromas, is made with world-renowned premium vodka brand Belvedere Vodka and Japanese peach liqueur. Its sweet and tangy richness is perfect for waking up a lazy weekend morning. The “Summer Glow” or “Autumn Whisper,” both made with Bacardi Rum—one of the world’s top ten spirits—offer different moods: the former blends grape juice and fruit pieces, echoing the sweet-tart taste of grapes like young love, making it ideal with cinnamon-orange French toast; the latter highlights kiwi as the star, with its zesty flavor gently lifting the wine notes and refreshing the morning palate. The rich and smooth “Winter Warmth” is made with BAILEYS, combining fresh Irish cream and Irish whiskey into a creamy liqueur. With its indulgent creamy finish, it wraps you in warmth and companionship, adding a touch of brilliance to your leisurely morning.

In addition to unlimited colorful cocktails, guests can also indulge in a diverse buffet spread: including 5–7 varieties of fresh organic salads sourced from Nantou, Hsinchu, and other regions, freshly baked European-style breads, 2–3 types of imported European cold cuts and assorted cheeses, delicate French pastries, and seasonal fruits. Amidst the fresh morning ambiance, enjoy a relaxing and cheerful time with friends, immersing yourself in a delightful morning feast.

Additionally, the chef has curated 10 classic main dishes, offering a wide variety—from The Regent’s signature charcoal-grilled beef burger, celebrated for its original smoky flavor, to the aromatic pan-seared beef burger with organic greens, served with herb fries and a sunny-side-up egg; or the wild mushroom bread skewers with sausage and bacon, seasoned with rosemary; there’s also the rich and distinctive smoked salmon and cheese savory tart, the Eggs Benedict on an English muffin base with a runny egg and hollandaise sauce, and the cinnamon-orange French toast made with soft brioche soaked in egg and slow-pan-fried. These delightful dishes, paired with vibrant cocktails and healthy buffet offerings, create the perfect finale to a cozy and laid-back outdoor brunch experience.
