The savory selection includes items such as smoked salmon and crab meat balls, avocado and sake shrimp, crystal asparagus vegetable jelly, Tuscan tomato cappuccino, and chef’s inspiration pieces. The sweet offerings feature sesame éclair with whipped cream, colorful handcrafted Madison macarons, layered hazelnut cream vanilla puff Napoleon, and Madison champagne truffle raw chocolate, among others. A variety of specialty teas or coffees are also available for pairing. In the stylish urban setting of URBAN331, guests can relax in elegant leather sofas, savoring the diverse flavors of sweet and savory treats, or enjoy the breezy, green-surrounded ambiance of the outdoor seating area, delighting in the surprising tastes that burst on the palate.

 

The URBAN331 premium afternoon tea feast is available from now on, Monday to Sunday, between 2:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Each afternoon tea set includes 5 savory treats, 7 sweet treats, and a choice of 1 out of 16 coffee or tea options. The savory selection features 5 items: Tuscan tomato cappuccino, smoked salmon and crab meat balls, crystal asparagus vegetable jelly, avocado and sake shrimp, and chef’s inspiration. The sweet selection includes 7 items: British scones with clotted cream and jam, sesame éclair with whipped cream, York Duke-style heavy cheese, colorful handcrafted Madison macarons, Macoya mulberry red and Michel black chocolate, layered hazelnut cream vanilla puff Napoleon, and Madison champagne truffle raw chocolate.
