The International Museum Day activities aim to rekindle everyone’s love for all kinds of museums. The public is encouraged to explore from the heart, discovering classic collections in museums and stories that connect with local culture. To thank participants of the “100 Heartfelt Moments” campaign, the Ministry of Culture has increased the number of special 8GB USB flash drives originally planned to be offered from 100 to 300, allowing more people to take home a souvenir that links them to museums.

Simply form a “heart” shape with both hands using two “C” gestures, frame your favorite Taiwanese museum architecture, exhibits, or scenery within the “heart” and take a photo, or create a sketch based on your favorite exhibit. From now until May 31, upload your photo or artwork to the event’s social media fan page. The top 300 most popular entries, based on the number of likes, will have a chance to win this special 8GB USB flash drive souvenir.
