Japan’s streets are lined with vending machines that sell not just drinks but also ice cream and fried chicken. Now, local businesses have come up with a new idea: Japan’s first “latte art coffee vending machine.” Just insert coins and you can get a steaming cup of beautifully designed latte art coffee. Currently, it’s only available at Tokyo Haneda Airport.

Yojiya, a Kyoto-based cosmetics company famous for its oil blotting papers, has installed a coffee vending machine at its branch on the B1 level of Terminal 2 at Haneda Airport. Passengers can insert coins, select their preferred item, wait 45 seconds, and then retrieve a cup of latte art coffee featuring a geisha design from the vending machine. Next time you’re passing through Haneda Airport, be sure to stop by and try Japan’s first-ever latte art coffee vending machine.
