Located on Bijianshan in Neihu, Dragon Boat Rock and Kaiyan Mountain are on the must-visit list for many hiking enthusiasts. At the end of the Kaiyan branch trail, there is a huge white rock that resembles a dragon boat, hence its name. The spot offers an excellent view overlooking areas such as Datao, Dawei, Baishi Lake, and Dahu Park. The valley is covered with lush greenery, creating a refreshing and serene atmosphere.

Ranked among Taiwan’s Top 100 Religious Sites, the “Spiritual Vulture Mountain” in the Northeast Coast boasts serene scenery. Outside the Golden Buddha Hall, you can admire a vibrant sea of camellia blossoms. You can also cycle through the “Fulong Old Caoling Tunnel” to enjoy healthy green landscapes. Along the way, you’ll pass by “Ma’ao Fishing Village,” one of the most beautiful fishing harbors, and explore the 360-degree ocean-view Bitou Cape Trail to take in the incredibly healing, breathtaking seascape.

Located within the recreational area of Sulfur Valley in Yangmingshan National Park, the spring source has a temperature of about 50 degrees Celsius and a pH value of 5.0. The spring water is classified as “acidic sulfate spring,” commonly known as “white sulfur.” It is believed to have pain-relieving and anti-itching effects, and is quite beneficial for chronic skin diseases, arthritis, and neuralgia.

The “2019 Shilin Official Residence Tulip Exhibition – Looking Forward to Blooming Together” was held from February 21 to March 3 at the Shilin Official Residence. This year, in addition to showcasing Dutch tulip varieties, it also featured tulips from Tonami City, Toyama Prefecture, Japan, for the first time. The exhibition incorporated design elements from both Dutch and Japanese Tonami tulip parks, complementing the vibrant and colorful tulip fields to offer visitors a splendid and romantic visual feast.
