Bread Street Kitchen & Bar is the first restaurant under the Gordon Ramsay Group to enter the Asian market, strategically located in the heart of Lan Kwai Fong, adjacent to Hong Kong’s most iconic nightlife district, offering diners an ultimate culinary experience at all times.

Bread Street Kitchen & Bar specializes in British-European cuisine and serves signature dishes from the London location. Each dish uses handcrafted ingredients imported from the UK, while also incorporating local flavors to create dishes with an Asian twist. The interior design features a lively warehouse-style vibe, combined with a blend of vintage and contemporary décor, staying true to the style of the London location. This all-day dining restaurant, which includes a bar area, offers a relaxed and energetic atmosphere.

To ensure smooth operations at the Hong Kong location, Chef Gilles Bosquet has been appointed to take on this important role.Gilles BosquetWith extensive experience starting in France and expanding globally, Chef Bosquet has a strong background within the Gordon Ramsay Group, including notable tenures at restaurants in London and the East End. He was also responsible for launching Gordon Ramsay Doha and Opal by Gordon Ramsay at the St. Regis Hotel in Doha, making him the ideal leader for the brand’s expansion into Asia. Initially, the Hong Kong restaurant will offer lunch, dinner, and bar services, with breakfast service to be added after the initial operating period—all aimed at providing visitors with a premium dining experience.
