Hsüeh She Hospitality’s brand-new concept, Rakuten Kitchen, officially opens in Nangang on September 24th.Situated on the 3rd floor of the Nangang Exhibition Center, with a 4-meter-high ceiling and a total area of about 1,020 ping, Hsüeh She Hospitality has invested significantly to build this new buffet and banquet venue. The Rakuten Kitchen buffet restaurant spans 317 ping with seating for 250 guests, including two private rooms that can accommodate 12–18 people each. The price is NT$780 + 10%. Carrying forward Hsüeh She’s diverse culinary heritage and centered around a lifestyle of wellness, the space interprets abundance at the buffet, vibrant desserts, family-friendly entertainment, and a naturally comfortable dining environment. It aims to bring smiles and create perfect dining memories for all guests, in line with the design philosophy of the “Rakuten” (Joyful Kitchen) brand.

Rakuten Kitchen Buffet invites food lovers to celebrate together during its grand opening promotion period.From September 24th to September 30th, to celebrate the opening, the first 30 guests for lunch and dinner each day will receive a complimentary buffet meal. Until the end of the year, weekday lunch is offered at a special Happy Price of NT$680 + 10%. Additionally, residents of Nangang, Neihu, and Xizhi can enjoy a 10% discount upon presenting proof of residency.

Cuisine, Family, and Space: A New Expression of Wellness Aesthetics
Rakuten Kitchen features four main food stations: desserts, cold dishes, hot dishes, and a Japanese sashimi and sushi bar, offering over 130 exquisite dishes to satisfy every gourmet's palate. The buffet restaurant is helmed by two key figures: Chef Liu Yiming leads a professional culinary team, carefully selecting seasonal ingredients and showcasing natural, wellness-inspired cuisine through innovative techniques. Pastry Executive Chef Huang Fushou, with over 30 years in the industry and multiple gold medals in baking competitions, skillfully combines global ingredients to create nearly 70 dreamy desserts, crafting an atmosphere of ultimate sugary happiness.

Additionally, the restaurant features a dedicated children’s play area, equipped with FLEXA children’s furniture imported from Denmark. These products have undergone strict EU testing to meet the highest international safety standards and are non-toxic and eco-friendly. This ensures children can play safely while giving parents peace of mind. The play area includes a toddler slide house, a bird’s nest corner, a dreamy castle tower, and a reading nook. Moreover, the restaurant provides safe children’s utensils and seating, while staff offer friendly and professional service to create a joyful and cozy play world.
