The event showcases four major elements: “Inspiration,” “Colour & Sound,” “Fantasy,” and “Transform,” featuring exciting activities such as 3D light projection shows and large-scale land art installations. The Millennium Taipei Taichung reinterprets traditional Western pastries with creative flair inspired by these four elements. These include: “Inspiration – Matcha Chocolate Opera Cake,” “Fantasy – Rose Raspberry Chocolate Macaron,” “Colour & Sound – Cherry Liqueur Chocolate,” “Bouncing French Gummies,” as well as various savory treats, freshly made pancakes, and beverages.

Known as the highest cost-performance “all-you-can-eat fresh Boston lobster” option in Taiwan, Soluna-All Day Dining Restaurant has been widely praised by food lovers since August 25 for upgrading its weekday lunch and dinner offerings from set menus to à la carte main courses plus a semi-self-service salad bar. Starting November 1, The Millennium Taipei Taichung has carefully designed several new weekday à la carte main courses. These include: “Tandoori Chicken Leg with Spiced Onion Salad,” where fresh chicken legs are marinated with garlic powder, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, turmeric, and yogurt, then grilled in a traditional tandoori oven for an authentic flavor, priced at NT$780 + 10%; the highly popular “Boston Lobster dish” also makes a weekday appearance, enhanced with truffle aroma and paired with scallops for a double seafood treat, served with a generous portion of pasta.
