Stroll through the unique shops in Lane 117 of Qianmei Fantasia

Every holiday, the Qianmei Eslite Greenway in Taichung is always packed with people coming out for a stroll. Kids chase each other freely on the grass, fly kites, or simply lie down—pure bliss. In recent years, the area around the Greenway has gradually seen the emergence of many interesting alleyway shops, making the experience here even richer and more fun.

 

Since 2011, Fantasia Culture has been driven by four core concepts: "passion for creation," "green awakening," "dream amplification," and "memory preservation." It aims to create a platform where creators and mass-market entrepreneurs can coexist. The organization began renovating the old buildings in Lane 117 of Zhongmei Village Road, transforming the space with green building concepts, and introducing micro-entrepreneurs to jointly cultivate a creative living community. A series of unique shops have been brought in to form today’s creative hub, with stores numbered 1, 2, 3, 5, and 8 operating as clothing boutiques, handmade shops, flower shops, and more, creating the first small alleyway creative cluster.
