As summer approaches and it’s time for ice treats again, Taichung’s creative ice shop “LuDi Ice no Monster,” which just opened at the end of April, has launched ice treats in the shape of monsters. During the opening period, capitalizing on the popularity of the Avengers movie, they added big round eyes on the shaved ice along with cute accessories, and introduced a limited-edition flavor called “Super Hero Alliance” monster ice. The eye-catching and creative treat has many netizens exclaiming how cute it is!

LuDi Ice no Monster is located on Chungcheng Street Greenway next to the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. The shop offers beverages, snacks, lattes, and other items, but of course the most eye-catching are the monster ice treats. These creative frozen desserts feature handcrafted monster icing eyes atop refreshing shaved ice, using natural food colorings to create unique and flavorful character-based ice treats.From now until May 14th, the shop is also offering an opening special: buy one get the second half off on limited-edition flavors.This includes four flavors: Hulk, Iron Man, Captain, and Thor, with over 20 different toppings to choose from, plus super cute edible “limited exclusive accessories” that are sure to charm both your eyes and taste buds!
