Huis Ten Bosch, a kingdom of flowers, not only offers a pink carpet of Shibazakura in April but also boasts a vibrant sea of roses in May. Starting May 9, the month-long rose festival showcases nearly 1,500 varieties and 1.11 million roses from around the world. The spectacular rose displays fill the park with a sweet fragrance. The park has specially designated four major flower-viewing spots—the Plaza Rose Garden, Rose Palace, Rose Pavilion, and Rose Museum—allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the beautiful rose gardens and enjoy a romantic atmosphere. Among them, the Plaza Rose Garden features nighttime rose lighting, creating a romantic ambiance completely different from the daytime, as if you’ve stepped into a fairytale dream world.
