Popular Rilakkuma train is about to roll out again！ To celebrate the arrival of summer, Hankyu Railway in Japan has teamed up with Rilakkuma to launch the “Summer Hankyu Rilakkuma Train.” From July 18 until August 31, all visitors will have the chance to spot this adorable train on the Kyoto Line, the Takarazuka Line, and the Kobe Line！

The “Summer Hankyu Rilakkuma Train” is designed around the concept of “summer memories,” featuring various summer-themed elements across different train designs. These include the Kobe Line with its ocean and beach style; the Takarazuka Line themed around summer fireworks and festivals; and the Kyoto Line, which showcases a dozing Rilakkuma enjoying watermelon in the afternoon—each design brimming with quintessential Japanese summer vibes.

In addition to the Rilakkuma-themed trains, from July 18, limited-edition “Rilakkuma x Hankyu Rilakkuma Hankyu Train” merchandise is available exclusively at Hankyu沿线 shops as well as the Rilakkuma Osaka Umeda Store and the Rilakkuma Kobe Store. Items include a Rilakkuma dressed as a Hankyu stationmaster, as well as train-shaped storage boxes and coin purses. Fans of Rilakkuma won’t want to miss this limited-time event—hop aboard the Rilakkuma train and explore Kansai！
