"Due Italian," which has earned Tokyo Michelin ramen recommendations for three consecutive years, officially brought its wildly popular Instagram-worthy Italian-style ramen from Tokyo to Taiwan last year. Now, master chef Kazuo Ishizuka has crafted an entirely new menu for Taiwanese consumers. The new menu will officially launch on March 1, 2019.

In collaboration with Oasis Catering Management Consulting Co., Ltd., they have also jointly launched the latest ramen brand "Bellissimo," focusing on healthiness, deliciousness, and innovation, offering more creative, healthier, and tastier new choices. The pop-up store will be open from February 21, 2019, to May 12, 2019, at B2, No. 8, Section 5, Zhongxiao East Road, Xinyi District, Taipei City (B2, Uni-President Department Store), so those eager to try it out should seize the opportunity!

The new menu at Due Italian features "Lemon Coriander Ramen," made with a tangy kumquat fruit acidity paired with a rich cilantro broth and a mildly spicy flavor. It combines kumquat juice, cilantro, and Kyoto-style chili peppers — a charming mix of sour and spicy flavors, specially recommended for friends in Taiwan.

There’s also the "Grilled Pork Cheese Rice," exclusive to Taiwan, featuring house-made pork belly, specialty rice, rich char siu sauce, and signature cheese. Served in a uniquely shaped round rice bowl with signature cheese placed in the center and grilled, this is currently an exclusive dish only available in Taiwan. This time, they’ve also brought the ultra-popular Japanese dish "Golden Duck Liver Mille-Feuille" from Japan — crispy rice crust wraps around duck liver and specialty cheese, then deep-fried to create a mouthwateringly crispy texture.
