Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation has set up a large free charging service area starting today in the passageway from Taipei Arena and Taipei Main Station to Zhongshan Underground Street, providing emergency use for mobile phones or other mobile devices to solve everyone’s worries about dead phone batteries on the go!

The operating Taipei Rapid Transit Corporation has specially...In the red and purple zones on the second floor and the yellow zone corridor on the third floor of the main arena of Taipei Arena, four additional free charging service areas have been installed.The site uses wooden platform tables combined with the concept of greenery via living walls, with different styles of small plant landscaping areas planned around to showcase recent public welfare event achievements, allowing phone users to enjoy a “forest breath” while waiting for their devices to charge!

Additionally, inthe passageway from Taipei Rapid Transit Taipei Main Station to Zhongshan Underground Street, the largest charging service area among all Taipei Rapid Transit stations has been set up— along this passageway, you can clearly see a white wavy long platform table, neatly arranged with 50 sets of white charging sockets (each set includes one 110V power outlet and two USB charging ports), capable of simultaneously providing emergency charging for 150 mobile phones or other mobile devices. Travelers in need are encouraged to make use of it.
