The atrium of the National Building Museum is spacious, and with its high ceilings, it has a grand atmosphere. Looking down from the upper floors, the nearly one million white bubble balls form an alternative ocean. Many parents take their children to play in the museum during the “The Beach” exhibition period. Some swim in the ball pool, some dive into the balls, some slowly move through the sea of balls, and when tired, they rest on the nearby beach chairs under sun umbrellas, filled with visions of summer.
