Enjoying a cup of Starbucks on a busy workday is a small joy for many people. Now, Starbucks plans to extend that joy by no longer just offering coffee and snacks, but stepping into the bistro business model. Recently, U.S. Starbucks announced the launch of the “Evenings” program, which will open 24 more stores offering alcoholic beverages and light meals. Small bites such as bacon rolls, meatballs, and chicken skewers will be available. With these 24 new stores, you can now enjoy this service at a total of 75 Starbucks locations across the United States.

Since 2010, U.S. Starbucks has been experimenting with serving wine and food pairings in its Seattle stores. After several years of operational testing, it was concluded that this new business model could be accepted by Starbucks fans. The concept has gradually expanded to a total of 75 stores nationwide, including in cities such as Chicago, Portland, and Los Angeles.
